[PORTAL-ISLAM.ID] Pemilu Parlemen dan Pilpres Turki yang digelar serentak Ahad kemarin 24 Juni 2018, memang menjadi sorotan dunia, baik Timur maupun terutama Barat.
Berbagai upaya Barat lakukan untuk menjegal Erdogan, dari mulai kampanye untuk mencitrakan buruk sosok Erdogan, maupun secara ekonomi dengan terus menggempur mata uang Turki Lira yang membuat jatuh parah.
Namun makar Barat sia-sia. Erdogan memenangkan Pilpres dengan satu putaran meraih 52,5% suara. Sedang AKP dan MHP, koalisi kerakyatan yang dibentuk Erdogan meraih suara mayoritas Parlemen 53,62%.
Dari rakyat Palestina hingga pengungsi Suriah bersuka cita atas kemenangan Erdogan.
Namun yang uring-uringan tetep media-media Barat.
