[Piyungan Online] Pada Kamis (3/12/2015) lalu, Presiden Rusia Vladimir Putin menyampaikan Pidato Kepresidenan di hadapan Dewan Federasi Rusia, di Aula Santo George, Kremlin.
Dalam pidatonya, Putin menyampaikan tentang konflik Rusia-Turki. Namun, sepertinya pidato Putin ini tidak menarik dan bikin ngantuk yang hadir.
Saat Putin sedang berpidato, kamera The Russian TV dan channel Russia Today memperlihatkan (take snapshot) Perdana Menteri Rusia Dmitry Medvedev, Ketua Parlemen Rusia, dan yang lainnya tertidur.

Pada acara Pidato Presiden Putin ini dihadiri 1000an peserta: members of the Federation Council, State Duma deputies, members of the Government, heads of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts, regional governors, heads of regional legislative assemblies, heads of Russia’s traditional religious faiths, public figures, including heads of regional civis chambers, and the heads of Russia’s biggest media outlets.
Semoga Perdana Menteri Rusia Dmitry Medvedev maupun Ketua Parlemen Rusia tidak bernasib sama dengan Menteri Pertahanan Korea Utara Hyon Yong Chol yang dihukum mati karena tertidur dalam sebuah acara resmi yang dihadiri pemimpin negeri itu, Kim Jong Un.
